Coco Bidet 9500

The brand new Coco Bidet 9500 offers tankless water heating, a pleasant night light, and an advanced remote control with access to 4 user presets.

The experts at Coco Bidet have just released their latest bidet seat – the 9500R – which has now stolen the honor of being Coco’s top-of-the-line bidet seat from the fantastic and popular 6035 bidet. The 9500 takes everything good about the 6035, and then makes it even better. If you’re in the market for the best of the best, you should take a close look at the 9500, as well as the Toto models and the Bio Bidet BB-1000.

The first thing you’ll notice about the new Coco bidet 9500 is its sleek good looks. The next thing you’ll notice is the modern and advanced looking remote control with a built in LCD. It just looks impressive. Finally, if you’re lucky enough to own or use one at night, you’ll notice the new nightlight Coco added to help you find your seat in the dark.

But there are even more new features not found on Coco’s other models, though they’re not noticeable unless you actually use the seat. Like the Bio Bidet bb-1000, the Coco 9500 includes an enema mode, something many users find indispensable. One of the coolest features of the new 9500 is its “never ending warm water”. Instead of keeping a tank of water warm at all times like many other bidet seats do, the Coco 9500 heats water on demand, which means you’ll never run out of warm water, and you won’t be using electricity to keep the water warm all day when the seat is not being used.

If you’ve ever used a high quality bidet seat before, you’re probably familiar with the various adjustments that can be made to the water stream position, as well as to the temperature of the water and the seat. The Coco 9500 is Coco’s first bidet seat to offer multiple user presets, so that each user can store his or her position and temperature preferences and quickly recall them.

Coco Bidet 9500 Features:

  • Never Ending Warm Water
  • 4 User Presets
  • Deodorizer
  • Warm Air Dryer
  • Heated Seat
  • Soft Closing Lid and Seat
  • Occupied Seat Sensor
  • Self Cleaning
  • Splash Guard
  • Easy to Install
  • Economy Mode
  • Oscillating Cleanse
  • Aerated Cleansing Function
  • Adjustable water pressure, temperature, and position

The Coco Bidet 9500 is available in white only, and in both elongated and round styles. Please remember that due to this model’s tankless water heating technology, it requires a dedicated 15amp electrical outlet, and can draw up to 1300 watts.

I just installed one a few days ago. Can’t really compare with others so I’ll just comment on my brief experience with this model.

Its build quality was obvious when removing from the packaging and installing. Install instructions are very thorough and shouldn’t cause an average handy person any trouble, apart from the necessity of a nearby electrical outlet.

The review covered the features and I won’t repeat them, rather, just my observations about them.

The heated dryer is pleasant though not super effective, and can be set to 5 heat levels. They recommend you pat-dry with toilet paper and then use the dryer.

Using the Wash function, I (male) set it to full forward and wanted it even more forward. The Bidet function is a bit more forward, I don’t know if it’s effective for women.

The deodorizer is not perfect but surprisingly effective and will definitely reduce the bad odors. It doesn’t mask them with perfume but somehow removes them, drawing air from the toilet bowel, through a catalytic remover, to the outside of the seat.

The presets look to be quite useful if I can get my wife to remember to set and use them. They remember your desired nozzle position, water temp, seat temp, and water pressure.

The Pulse and Massage functions are a bit helpful for a more thorough cleaning, elimination some of the need to wiggle around on the throne to adjust the water impact point.

The Turbo function is strong but I don’t see how it could induce an enema.

The nightlite is soft and only serves to indicate where the seat is, not really strong enough to illuminate the area. It changes from blue to red to indicate the seat temperature, bit of a gimmick.

The Remote Control is easily attached and removed from a wall, making it quite easy to use all the various functions instead of reaching down and backwards for attached controls. Large size so no squinting to see it or poking the wrong button. Well worth it.

Overall it’s a great bidet and I would buy it again. I ordered mine from Bio Life Technologies, along with the COCO 6035, and got a free non-electric model (COCO 1035), the 9500 for the price of the 6035, and extra water filters. I also called them and the person I talked to was very helpful about the different models.

I just bought a 9500 as my second bidet (already have a brondell swash 800). This thing is pretty good. Love most thing about it. It’s comfortable, has lots of features, and is reasonably priced. The remote is easy to use, and the presets are awesome – my kid already set it up for himself.

I agree with the previous reviewer about the “turbo” function – i had high hopes that it would be enema-like, but it’s much like my Swash 800 – strong but not really an enema mode, though with the right positioning, it comes close.

I’d give this a perfect rating were it not for the enema mode thing – as i said, I had high hopes, but nonetheless, i’d still recommend this Coco 9500. it’s sweet.

I’m a 76 year old man, and purchased this on the advice of my doctor. I just wanted to let everyone know that it has helped me and my family immensely – we feel cleaner. more comfortable, and admittedly, a little eager to use the toilet each time! This coco bidet is a great unit, and has surpassed our expectations in every way. We are really happy and recommend this to everyone. thank you.

My husband and I started with a Biffy which didn’t take long to break (save your money and go straight to the 9500) but we knew we wanted to wash rather than wipe. Upgraded to a COCO 6035 and then to the 9500. Both COCOs were easy to install (all installations done by a 60+ woman) but the 9500 had a distinct advantage: the electrical cord comes out the side which means we could fit the elongated seat on our one-piece. Every user is different and there are enough settings to suit every need. For instance, the turbo is a bit too strong for me but my husband uses it. I don’t use the presets as I prefer to chose what mode works for me for each occasion. All the features are great. It makes our ugly one-piece look beautiful. I don’t know why everyone wouldn’t want the comfort and cleanliness that the 9500 provides. We are on a well and septic. We were running the tap until we got warm water to soak wads of tissue and still didn’t feel completely clean. With the 9500 we are saving on water and our septic will not need emptying as frequently as before. Get the 9500. It is well worth the money and once you experience it you will wonder why it took you so long to make the change.

We love the 9500 COCO bidet. Does a great job and is very clean. Easy to install and is very attractive. I would buy another one.

After considerable research I decided that the 9500 had the best mix of features, build quality and reputation for the money. We ordered two and received a great discount. I can’t tell you how great this technology is. If you have never used a bidet, you don’t know what you’re missing.

The CoCo Bidet 9500 seems to be built very well and it looks good, too. We been using it for a few months now with no issues whatsoever. I would never go back to the old ways of bathroom hygiene. This is truly one of the best purchases we have made….ever.

    Some specifics:
The heated seat is amazing. Living in the north, this is really a nice feature.

The soft close seat and lid work very well and is another nicety that sweetens the deal…love it!

The remote was easy to mount and works flawlessly. It seems to have a powerful infrared signal because it has to bounce around the room to hit the sensor and it never fails.

The wash nozzle with it’s various functions work well. I seldom use more than level 2 out of 5 levels of pressure. About a minute cleans you up nicely.

The dry function works better than I expected. Having read reviews on various bidets left me thinking it was more of a novelty – not at all. A dab with toilet paper gets most of the water, but the air dry really does a great job from there. I can’t imagine not using it.

Installation was simple, took about 45 minutes. If I had to do another one, it would take 20. Actually the second one we bought was for our daughter who is remodeling her bathroom. I’ll help her install it soon and see how long it takes.

One final thought: I was concerned that keeping the bidet mechanism clean would be problematic. I figured all this technology attached to our toilet would be a constant challenge to keep sanitary. This has proven to be a non-issue. Cleaning is simple and the anti-bacterial finish instills confidence that your seat is “truly” clean.

I purchased this on the phone directly from John at COCO. He was really helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions. He assured me that I could install this on my own. I am not a handy man, but I was able to install this in less than an hour. It was so simple!!!!

    The 9500 work so great!

The water remains nice and warm.

Enema mode would eliminate EVERYTHING, and I feel fresh and clean ALL DAY.

The self-cleaning system keeps the nozzle clean and sanitary.

The seat can be heated so it’s great during cold season.

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bidet!!!!

COCO 9500. This was first purchase of this product, and this new model. The vendor has good website with accurate information. The product is high quality, very competitive with other brands and models. Good competitive pricing. Easy purchase, great customer service help with shipping. Good instructions and easy to install. Great functions and options on this model. Highly recommend COCO and biolifetechnologies.com for anyone researching a new purchase. Chose not to get the remote control unit which costs more, and pleased with this decision, although some may want to pay the premium cost for a remote, the regular model works fine and controls are easy to use. Looks good, matches new low=flow extended/oblong ADA compliant toilet. .Color matches white fixtures. Convenient features include a night-light, and the energy-saving feature works well. These devices do require a type of electric hookup that is not typical in old or new american home construction, a GFI electric outlet close to the device is necessary. Needed an electrician to install a proper code compliant GFI outlet on the wall by the device. Added outlet on electrical line that was already in the bathroom, required about two hours labor and minimal cost for GFI outlet and wiring. Highly recommended for new users. Great option to a stand-alone unit.

The bidet seat is a marvelous development of the classical bidet, usually a large unit by itself. It is the most comfortable way to maintain proper hygiene for both sexes. I am so glad that finally it arrived.
Your bidet seat is extremely useful, very easy to use, providing everything from a remote control: warm water, warm seat, variable water jet, warm air. Congratulations for an excellent product.
We are going to purchase two more for a vacation house.

I used to own one of these bidet seats (non COCO brand), so I knew what to look for when I was shopping for a replacement. My first choice was a very well known Japanese brand but their price was way over my budget. Thanks to Google, I found COCO!
I read the reviews on their site and was pleased. I also checked Amazon.com and read more reviews and became even more pleased. Also, there is no other manufacturer selling bidet seats with all these bells and whistles, such as 9500, at this price range.
I initially thought that their price was too good to be true and perhaps I may have to compromise on the customer service. I was wrong! They offer EXCELLENT customer service. From the ordering process to some installation questions, they got back to me in a timely fashion. The best of all was that they stand by their products and guarantee the quality. I purchased two of 9500 and the first installation took about an hour but the second one went a lot faster. I think the user manual needs some revisions, possibly add a section that explains “where” to attach the water filter. It may be just me but it took me a while to figure that one out. Otherwise, I highly recommend COCO 9500.
Believe me, the “turbo wash” will change your bathroom experience for life!

I just installed my Coco bidet 9500 series,All I can say is that I was disappointed, lets start with the mechanics of the unit, rather loud both the heater and the wand that cleans you are both pretty noisy
and for the turbo I found to be pretty strong on that area,if you know what I mean, also this was my fault for not
noticing but I think it looks less appealing when you have the power cord and the water hose for the tank on opposite sides, that’s just my opinion!Beware also that this company does’nt take returns. So buyer beware,1 plus I do like the led light on coco.My suggestion, try out one before you buy it,I found a
different 1 that I’m very happy with, but you must do your own homework,Good luck:} Pat

My wife and I purchased the 9500 bidet seat and we’re very happy with it. This is our third bedit seat over the course of 3 years and it is truely a superior product. We bought also at the same time the 6035 model and again we are very happy with both purchases. They are very reliable and easy to install. Like I said before, we have had a bedit seat before, so we pretty much knew our way around one already. You do have to try different adjustments and settings to get it where your most comfortable wth its use, and that means adjusts spray to cut down on noise and water pressure to a comfortable level and my wife and I have our own settings, so everyone needs to expiriment to fine tune to your liking. And they are really great looking and I highly recomend a elongated seat for a happy man. I put in two new toilet enlongated to go with the new bedit seats, our previous bedit was a round and I was not happy with the seating room at the front edge.

Has all the bells and whistles and is extremely pleasant to use. That being said, all the bells and whistles take up most of the back part of the seat. Most uncomfortable seat ever !!!

After one day of using the 9500R, I am impressed, even though the manual cleaning function does not work. (The instruction manual says to press the “wash” button for 3 seconds while not sitting on the seat – and the wand is supposed to extend without spraying to allow for manual cleaning. The function does not work – nothing happens – I would be curious if anyone else is having this problem, or if my unit is defective.

I had my large intestine removed due to ulcerative colitis, and have a J-Pouch. For the past several years, I have used a pump-sprayer that I would have to fill manually with warm water and pump up. I got used to the hassle of it all, but finally decided to get a bidet seat.

I can’t believe I spent so many years using that darned hand pump sprayer!

Oh, well…. I have a 9500 now, and I love it, even if the manual cleaning function does not work.
